Special Olympians Go Metro To The Games

Three Special Olympians, Gary O’Kane, Christopher McKinstry, and Grant Wilson are joined by Translink’s Roy Sloan in Belfast before the beginning of the ‘2006 Games’.
Translink are an Official Partner of the Special Olympics and wish all the athletes the very best of luck during the competition.
The Special Olympics are happening in Belfast from Wednesday 21st to Sunday 25th June and athletes from all over Ireland are travelling to compete.
Translink are providing travel passes for all official volunteers during the games and wish success to all two thousand athletes from all over Ireland who are taking part!
