“NI Railways are delighted to be participating in the International Station Awards. This is the third year we have entered three stations and we hope that the investment in our stations over the past few years and dedication of our staff in maintaining them to the highest possible standards will prove successful. NI Railways also work very closely with a number of local community groups, who contribute both time and effort to enhancing their local station. The presentation of our stations is to be commended and we hope this will be reflected in the overall judging.
Judges from NI Railways have been judging stations in Holland and England and are due to travel south later this week to judge Irish Rail stations. The results will be announced in November.
