A. Please note it is important that  all pre-qualification criteria – as stated in the OJEU notice (or on the website www.e-sourcingni.bravosolution.co.uk ) is submitted by the stated date and time.

When will we hear if we are successful or unsuccessful?

A. Translink will endeavour to issue the results of EOI applications and Tender evaluations as soon as possible however, occasionally circumstances require an extended evaluation period. Further information / ITTs will be issued when available.

Q4. I would like a debrief re our recent unsuccessful submission for xxxxx.

A. A request for a debrief must be in writing (e-mail is acceptable) or via the messaging function on eSourcing NI to the point of contact listed in the PQQ or ITT for the requirement you wish to be debriefed on.
