Translink has been undergoing a process of change in recent years, which has lead to service improvements in Ulsterbus services and Goldline Express services in particular. The popularity of these improvements has been demonstrated by an increase in passenger numbers of 16% on Goldline services in 2 years and our highest customer satisfaction rating in 10 years, according to independent research carried out by Price Waterhouse Coopers during Autumn 2005.
In order to build upon the current successes of implemented changes, Ulsterbus is carrying out a three year Strategic Review project to assess all operational and delivery functions of Ulsterbus and the schools networks business.
