These may be grouped at a high level into 4 areas, encompassing all the output requirements of Government policy and consistent with the Group’s vision and values.

Commercial Delivery
To operate commercially, while taking account of the Group’s responsibilities in respect of equity and sustainability.

Increasing Passenger Numbers
To deliver programmes and prioritise investment to attract and retain increasing numbers of users across the bus and rail businesses, consistent with the ‘customer driven’ corporate value.

Value for Money
To deliver and demonstrate value for money in respect of public expenditure and investment in public transport in Northern Ireland and to deliver improved efficiencies.
