We are committed to ensuring that our services, facilities and passenger information are accessible for all our customers.

  • Timetables are available from local bus and rail stations or you can phone the Translink Call Centre for timetable information on all Metro, NIRailways and Ulsterbus services. Call (028) 90 66 66 30 or click www.translink.co.uk.
  • Timetables are available in large print and on disk on request. Please ask at your local bus or rail station or write to the Marketing Department, Translink, Central Station, East Bridge Street, Belfast, BT1 3PB.
  • A textphone facility (for deaf and hard of hearing only) is in operation in the Translink Call Centre for customer service comments. The textphone number is: (028) 9038 7505.
  • New bus and train stations have been purposefully designed to have all facilities on one level, tactile flooring and wheelchair accessible toilets. A Guide to Accessible Transport in Northern Ireland ‘Getting Out and About’ is available from Transport Advisory Committee, Portside Business Park, 189 Airport Road West, Belfast, phone (028) 9029 7882 or alternatively an internet version of the guide is available at www.ni-tranorg.uk.
  • Further station enhancement works are being carried out on the NIRailways network throughout 2007 / 2008.
  • Low-floor buses are in operation on Ulsterbus and Metro services making boarding easier for passengers with particular needs. Details of where low floor buses operate are available in printed timetables, from the Translink Call Centre, call 028 90 66 66 30 or from the Translink website journey planner www.translink.co.uk.
  • Access to all trains can be made by steps or passenger ramps. Please contact NIRailways before you wish to travel.
