Translink Youth Forum - Feedback - Translink
Translink currently operate ten Passenger Groups for adults covering bus and rail services across Northern Ireland, helping shape service provision and improve customer service. Many improvements have been implemented as a result of passenger feedback.
The Translink Youth Forum (TYF) has been set up to cater for young people between the ages of 11 and 23, providing an effective forum through which to channel the views, opinions and experiences young people using transport services in Northern Ireland.
The Translink Youth Forum is delivered by the Northern Ireland Youth Forum, an organisation which has been delivering young people’s participation in decision making in Northern Ireland for 30 years.
Six meetings will be held in the first year from October 2009 – October 2010.
There are currently 30 young people from across Northern Ireland on the TYF.
